What we do

  • Person typing on a laptop keyboard carrying out desktop surveys and inspection reporting of fire door compliance.

    Asset Survey

Our Asset Surveys provide a structured assessment of height-safety and access systems to confirm condition, compliance, and ongoing suitability for use. We identify and record all safety-critical assets, assess them against current standards and manufacturer requirements, and highlight risks, defects, and remedial actions.

Each asset is captured as a digital record within the AssetSafe Portal, creating clear visibility of certification status, inspection history, and priorities for action. The survey supports informed decision-making, planned maintenance, and demonstrable compliance for duty holders and building owners.

    Facade Access Equipment Installation

Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) are bespoke façade access machines designed to suit the form, height, and maintenance needs of each building.

Available in a wide range of configurations, BMUs may include static or traversing jibs, telescopic and slewing functions, adjustable masts, and balanced counterweight systems to maximise reach and safe operation.

Designed to optimise access efficiency while minimising roof loads and visual impact, all systems are developed in accordance with:

BS EN 1808 and LOLER 1998
